How to Make Calls Using DynaSky eCard Access Numbers

    • International Access: International roaming is available in these countries.
  2. Follow the voice prompt and enter your PIN as indicated on the Card. Skip this step if you have DirecDial set up.
  3. Follow the voice prompt and enter your destination number: (Only dial 2-digit code if you have EZ Phonebook set up.)
    • Calling within the United States, please dial: 1 + area code + telephone number + "#" (for example: 1-213-987-6543#)
    • For international calls, please dial: 011 + country code + city code + telephone number + "#" (for example: to call Shanghai 011 - 86 - 21 - 12345678#)
