Managing Your DynaSky eCard
With DynaSky eCard, there are three ways you can manage
your card and take advantage of all the powerful features
that comes with this card:
- eCard Authorized Dealer. When you go to any participating
eCard authorized dealer, the agents will help you manage
your account.
- Customer Service. Our customer service representatives
can also help you in setting up and managing your eCard.
- Online at DynaSky.com. You can log into your account
on DynaSky.com to access all the features above.

Manage your eCard online at www.DynaSky.com: Access your account
by entering your user name and password. Your eCard serial
number is the user name and your PIN is the password.
Recharging Your DynaSky eCard
To recharge your eCard, you can purchase Recharg Cards
at various participating eCard authorized dealers nationwide. You can
locate your nearby authorized dealer by contacting customer
service. Recharge Card is not a prepaid calling card. The
Recharge Card can only be used to add more balance to your
eCard.
Once you purchase the Recharge Card, you can transfer this balance
to your DynaSky eCard Account by one of the following ways:
- Automated Voice Prompt. By calling 1-800-260-8608,
you can use the automated voice prompt to enter the Recharge Card code to transfer
the balance.
- eCard Authorized Dealer. When you go to any
eCard authorized dealer, the agents will help you recharge your account.
- Customer Service. Our 24-hours customer service representatives
can assist you to recharge your eCard.
- Online at DynaSky.com.
DynaSky eCard -- Recharge Card:
Online Recharge at www.DynaSky.com: Access your account by
entering your user name and password. (Your eCard serial number
is the user name and your PIN is the password.) Once you are
inside your account management screen, click on "Recharge"
and enter the recharge code and serial number to redeem the
value of the recharge voucher.
