DynaSky roaming service in China is only available
for landlines provided by China Telecom in Southern Provinces, which does not include Beijing,
Tianjin, Hebei, Shandong, Shanxi, Liaoning, Jilin, Heilongjiang, and
Neimenggu area. Currently, China roaming service does not support cellular networks.
2. Austria, India, Switzerland and U.K. access numbers are not available at payphones.
3. India access number is only available through the following networks: BPL, BSNL-fixed (all regions except Bhopal), Hutch, IDEA (all regions except Karnal, Ernakulam, Pune, Meerut), MTNL-fixed, Reliance (all regions except Ahmedabad, Bhopal, Bhuneswer, Jaipur, Lucknow, Meerut), Sprice-Bangalore, Touchtel, and TTSL.
