We’ve upgraded select phone cards with useful features that can be easily activated and deactivated with shortcut keys on touch tone phones.
To use the shortcut keys, please access the local or toll-free access number of your designated card from the phone number you wish to set up our pinless feature, DirecDial, enter its PIN number when prompted (PIN will not be required if DirecDial is already set up), then follow the instructions below:

| - | Both the Balance Transfer “From” and “To” PIN numbers must be valid. Expired cards will not be accepted. |
| - | Both the Balance Transfer “From” and “To” PIN numbers must be the same type of cards. |
| - | Both the Balance Transfer “From” and “To” cards and PIN numbers should not be “in-use” during the balance transfer process. |
| - | Upon completion of the transfer, the expiration date of Transfer “To” PIN will be extended for additional 6 months. |
| - | The Transfer “From” PIN or card must be unused. |
| - | The Balance Transfer “From” and “To” PIN numbers cannot be the same. |
